The way we book childhood immunisations has changed.

Previously, you would have received a letter with a set appointment date and time, but from 13th November, you will instead receive a letter asking you to contact your surgery to arrange an appointment.

We will now be actively contacting patients by telephone to book these in.

Please note that all childhood immunisation appointments for Woodsend Medical Centre and Studfall Medical Centre will now take place at Woodsend Medical Centre on Thursdays, while patients registered with Wollaston Surgery will continue with the same process as before
