Are you interested in how your Medical Centre is run and what services it provides?
We are currently looking for new members to join our Patient Participation Group (also called PPG). This is a group of patients who meet during the year to discuss how our patients view the practices performance and to discuss what plans we put in place to improve our performance. The group is also contacted during the year if specific views are sought on various topics from the group.
It is not an onerous task but allows you to understand better how a GP practice operates and give you an opportunity to have a say on how the practice performs.
